I abjure the idea – even the concept of – retirement. It doesn’t work for me. Funny how my day felt like the life of a 70 year old man. Time spent catching up with old friends in Marlborough and sitting in Costa by myself. Doing what anyone else does – people watching. We either talk or watch people. Because connection to others, is the fuel that drives most of decisions. I guess when you lose that connection is the true day of ‘retirement’.
